Bhopal Gas Disaster
We feel ashamed that person like Moily is Law Minister of India. Firstly because he is always in fighting mood with judiciary and secondly he had exhibited the knowledge of law by saying that the Apex Court has made the gas disaster as a truck accident. We would like to request that he should get is law knowledge recycled other wise people will further laugh at him. He should again study Section 279,337 and 304A of the I.P.C.Before condemning the Supreme Court he should have evaluated his words. What the then law Minister of India was doing when Bhopal episode happened? When the Apex Court said that offence under section 304 does not appears to have been committed the counsels for the government of the state and the Union might have ignored the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to correct the order if wrong was committed. This means they were satisfied with the order of the Apex Court. Moily should in addition to other provisions of law study the provision of Sec.304 and compare it with Sec.279, 337,338 and 304A.Shame to him.
If Warren Anderson is brought to India he should be lodged in the magnificent bungalow of Arjunsing situated in Kerwa dam area so that both may find comfortable.Arjunsing will be able to meet him from time to time in the name of his visit to his own bungalow and will consol him from time to time.
